We use eco-certified, non-toxic products exclusively: Seventh Generation Disinfecting Multi-Surface Cleaner (active ingredient: Thymol 0.05%, chlorine-free), Bon Ami Powder Cleanser (no chlorine, fragrances, or dyes), Method Glass + Surface Cleaner (ammonia-free), and Aunt Fannie’s Vinegar Floor Cleaner. All are safe for homes where guests may have allergies or sensitivities. We also use HEPA-filter vacuums that capture 99.97% of particles 0.3 microns and larger.
All work is covered by $1,000,000 liability insurance with an A++ Superior rating. Any damage found during turnover is photographed and reported to you immediately. If damage is caused by our team, we respond within 1–5 hours and resolve compensation within 5 business days.
