This service is built for vacant, unfurnished apartments and condos — units where tenants are out, furniture is gone, and the space needs to be photo-ready or move-in ready for the next occupant. Because the unit is empty, our team works systematically from ceiling to floor without rearranging anything — every surface, zone, and fixture is addressed in sequence, according to our verified checklist.
All 25 of our W2 cleaners carry $1,000,000 liability insurance and bring all equipment, including HEPA-filter vacuums and eco-certified products. No supplies needed from your side.
